well your bet was close he got 24yrs., did he deserve that, no, i don't think so,considering some people don't get that much for killing some-one, just shows you what out priorities are,however on the other hand he and his co-hort's did destroy the livelihood of thousands of families.

Definately the scapegoat. Poeple tend to forgive the dead more easially, and Fastow doesn't have the name reconition that Skilling has. 20-30 years and all the blame for Enron will probobly land in his lap.

Maybe... But you know what is so sad about this story and many others like it? The fact that their families also suffer for their relatives mistakes. I'm speaking specifically about TOM SKILLING, Jeffrey Skillings brother. A truly nice man. WGN's finest meteorologist.
