Minimum wage during the day, because they have more opportunities to receive tips from the guests. Graveyard bell attendants usually have a higher hourly wage since they have less opportunities w/guests.

Depends on the hotel. Normally less than minimum wage plus tips. A lot of people start at valet, then move to bellboy (they tip more and more often).
