Having worked at a karaoke bar once, I have to say that I like 99 Red Balloons, Sukiyaki, Last Kiss, Wildfire, I Do, Fallin', the Safety Dance, Video Killed the Radio Star, Losing My Religion, All Or Nothing, and My Sacrifice the best.

Pearl's a Singer - Elkie Brookes (I think!)
It used to be the only song known by the majority of a group of people in my life many years ago. Every time I hear the song (which isn't often these days!), I'm transported back to those wonderful parties where everybody knew the same few words of the song, and mumbled the rest. Loudly! I always do Blondie songs - usually Heart of Glass. I seem to be able to impersonate her voice best. Also, I sometimes sing Gloria Estefan and Stevie Nicks songs.
