We've been together for almost 3 yrs. He propsed a few weeks after we started dating. I know he wants to get married....but,we just have a problem setting the date...I don't k now what to do...???

Hmmm...seems to me as if subconciously he may not want to get married. Perhaps a good heart-to-heart is in order. Are you expecting a big, huge wedding? Maybe that's what is holding him back. I would be totally honest with him and just ask him flat out: "Do you or do you not want to get married?" And don't let him squirm out of it...make him answer you. Tell it's time to fish or cut bait and that time's marching on; if he does not intend to marry you, he should let you know so that you are not waiting for an event that will never happen.

Don't get angry, get romantic!
Plan a nice evening for the two of you and "pop the question" in a romantic way. We always expect the men to do the nice stuff! You can be creative, too!
Choose a few dates you think would be appropriate, and then let him narrow them down, if you're afraid he won't like what you want.

ask him what he wants, dont be afraid to compromise, if he isn't willing to opick adate maybe he's not ready to go through with it and that doesn't mean he doesn't love you it just means he's nervouse
