You should consult your doctor about what you can do and make sure your medications for the thyroid are the right amounts.

I don't know what you are exactly asking, but I am a 37 year old mother of 5 boys and I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer when I went in for a pregnacy test with my second son all most 15 years ago, and I have gone on to have 4 beautiful healthy boys since being diagnosed. I have been through 6 surgeries to remove cancer, including a total thyroidectomy, and some alcohol ablation, and even radiation treatment. Like I said I have had 5 healthy pregnancies with thyroid problems. So I don't think that your thyroid has anything to do with it.

I have an underactive thyroid also...I tried to get pregnant for a year and a half before a doctor finally diagnosed me with hypothyroidism. I was then put on medication to regulate my thyroid and after that I conceived in about 2 months. You just need to find a really good doctor who really knows what they're doing.

If your thyroid levels are controlled, then you should be able to get pregnant without a problem. I have a friend that has been on thyroid medication for over 20 years and she had her 4th child last year at age 39.
Looks like you need to re-evaluate your strategy of when to try, or get someone tested.
