Seeing people happy - and why not?
Somebody going out of there way to help somebody else - it reminds you that there are some decent people left.
Seeing my children asleep - because they look peaceful.
Seeing a rainbow - because lifes pleasures please me.
Seeing a newborn animal trying to take its first steps in life - it amazes me how they can walk so quickly.

Political sattire like that of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Comedy Central. Because that's the funniest thing out there right now, and so intelligent, witty, smart. Just great!

I have a lovely black and white photo of my two boys on the mantelpiece. It's from a professional studio, which my sister had done for me as a surprise- I could never afford something like that. It's one of my most treasured posessions-the little one has a fabulous cheesy grin on his face-and I defy anybody not to smile when they see it! :)

My daughter. she's almost 2 and a half and is putting more and more words together everyday but some still elude her. like she says itrangle for triangle and sometimes she turns around and tells me i'm naughty and that i have to stand in the corner! also she's started saying quotes from disney movies and between us we can do part of a scene from Lilo and Stitch! makes me grin a lot!

children laughing-its the best sound in the world especially babies who giggle and smile.

seeing my boyfriend when he comes back from a long distance job, wrapping my arms around him, at the airport, makes you feel so amazing and all you can do is smile.
