I wish I'll wake up the next morning... and I try to be thankful for the person I am... and the things and people in my life...

Every night, I find 10 things to be thankful for. Really. It makes for a better night's sleep and helps me have a better attitude about the next day. Some days it's harder than others to find 10 things, but it sure makes me pay more attention to the little things than I used to.
I try to be content with what I have rather than wish for things I don't, and I trust that the future - good and bad - will take care of itself.

That I may have the strength and wisdom to carry on another day and maybe win a big prize in a lottery.
If everyone in the world lived by the golden rule(treat people the way you would like to be treated)(do unto others as you would like done to yourself) what a great world this would be.

that I really want to fall sleep and I start thinking about what happened during the day or what I have to do the next it take me like an hour to fall sleep

I think about how good these Egyptian cotton sheets feel and I'm so glad I bought them. Then, I think about how much I am going to hate to get out from between them in the morning.
