Without meat, I'm almost vegetarian. With or Without Parmesan cheese, it depends. With sauce (or else, I'm just eating boiled noodles).

Without meet, with cheese, with sauce. Italian sausage on the side. It also really yummy to combine an alfredo sauce and the tomato sauce or ricotta cheese with the tomato sauce. I now know what I'm having for dinner! YUM

Spaghetti with whatever you want chicken, beef, turkey, vegetables, sauce on the side, sauce on top, just a little cheese if you want to change it up. Good Luck with your spaghetti. Forgot to add hot or cold change it up. If you like it a little tangy add Italian dressing it is sure to livening it up a bit.

Really depends on my mood. Right now I'd like some spaghetti in a lemon herb sauce, no meat.

I'm a meat eater, but have always preferred spaghetti without meat and with lots of tomato sauce.
I can go either way on the cheese.
