Yahoo Phone Out. I use it. It is great. Well, once I got a good headset with mic attached and USB connection. Sound is like you are in the same room. Cost $2.50 per month plus a minimal fee per min like a penny and a half US and very cheap internationally also. Go to Yahoo Home Page, click on the MEssenger icon and download Messenger 8.0. It gets a little fuzzy after Messenger is Installed. I finally just typed Yahoo Phone Out in the Yahoo search and was able to get connected to voice that way - You have to sign up again for Voice and then after a few days of Yahoo verifying your validity and ability to charge your card you are set.
