She likes dried fruit and hay, but is there anything else I could give her that is healthy?

try horse cookies, mine love them. They are very hard. My dog likes them also. They also love unsweetened coconut shavings. Rose hips are good for them and they seem to like them. Mine also like dry cereal like Life and shredded wheat and just plain saltines. My husband gives them "burnt wood" from the fireplace now and then. They consider it a special treat. Just a very small piece.

Chinchillas don't need many treats. Nuts are very fatty and can upset thier digestive system sugary treats can also. Rosehips, grapevines or any of the recommended woods, shredded wheat (no frosting), oats (quaker but not the quick kind), or raw oats like you would feed a horse. But all need to be given in limited quantities.

Raisins and small peices of apples... My chinchilla enjoys it A LOT, but just make sure that it is only 3 raisins a day and only one VERY small peice of apple a day, or else your chinchilla will get very sick...

Mine loves almonds. Raw nuts of any sort are fine. No salt, sugar, etc. Only give one or two a day of nuts and fruits.
