Adoption is an excessively possible alternative. If you're no longer equipped to be a father or mother, this can be a means so that you can deliver the child to time period, after which have your existence again. 43k will most likely handle a child, however your subculture will must difference. Your recognition will now must be at the new little one you're bringing into the sector, and on being a father or mother as an alternative than a 24 12 months historical social gathering lady. If you are not able to make that bounce into complete father or mother mode and truthfully be HAPPY that that is your new existence, then don't maintain the child. A little one merits to return into the sector desired and adored. Children want mum and dad that may recognition on them first and certainly not positioned their demands forward of the little one. Many occasions a pregnant mom will make choices established on avoidance of poor feelings. What I imply is that an unplanned pregnant mom will maintain the child as an alternative than face the robust feelings of giving it up for adoption, or get an abortion. A robust lady will appear at in which she needs to move and if a child will give up or restrict her plans, she will be able to make that tough determination and recognize that despite the fact that it can be tough and that she may have a few emotional moments, she will be able to say sure to anything as an alternative than have her existence grew to become the other way up on the grounds that she are not able to are living along with her choices. People will make feedback, let you know that you just must maintain the child... a wide variety of matters. But, it's finally your option, and most effective YOU can come to a decision what your long term will probably be like via the selections you are making now. You can select anything as opposed to fitting a mom... and it is going to be OK. Many others have made that determination, and they're OK now. Yes, it's complex to make that kind of determination, but when a child will interrupt your existence an excessive amount of, you DO have the ones choices if you're robust adequate to select one in every of them.

Drink lots and lots of water take your prenatal vitamin, try not to let anything stress you out, and walk . Also the first to 4 months are going to be pretty boring and your days are going to go by so slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww if your not busy doing something. I just had my second in June and I couldn't work since I had some pregnancy problems but I mainly read and cleaned alot my 3 year old keep me busy some. Well congrats on the baby hope everything goes good for you.

Congrats to you!!! That's awesome, your husband will be thrilled :)

As far as you go, just take care of yourself. Eat healthy, take your vitamins when you can (morning sickness sometimes keeps this from happening early on) and keep your doctors appointments. Miscarriage is a common concern, but don't focus on that, focus on the fact that you are officially a mother!! This is an exciting time and should be treated as such.

Congrats! My advice to prevent miscarriage is to avoid all forms of caffeine (including coffee, tea, iced tea, cola, soda, Excedrin, and chocolate). Caffeine can double your risk of miscarriage, according to studies.

Also avoid smoking, nicotine products, drugs, prescription drugs, and over-the-counter medications, etc. Don't use any aspirin, Alleve, naproxen sodium, or advil, nuprin, ibuprofen, etc. These can cause miscarriages, too.

Take a good prenatal vitamin every day. Eats lots of fresh fruit and veggies and avoid sugary foods and junk foods. Being overweight puts you at higher risk for prenatal diabetes. But if you take a 30 to 60 minute good walk every day, you can probably prevent getting diabetes during your pregnancy. So get out there and get moving for a healthier pregnancy! Get hubby to walk with you.

To prevent getting listeria, avoid unpasteurized cheese, juice, or dairy products. Just read the label and make sure it says "pasteurized." When dining out, avoid eating fresh mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, feta cheese, and other unpasteurized cheeses.

Avoid hot dogs and if you eat lunch meat, make sure to heat all lunch meat and cold cuts in the microwave until its steaming.

Avoid hot tubs and hot baths, which can harm the developing fetus.

good luck!

Also, I recommend buying and reading the book

"What to Expect When You're Expecting." Covers just about everything you need to know.

really in the first trimester miscarriages usually happen because there is something wrong with the baby and there was nothing you could do to prevent it.you need to take care of yourself eat healthy and cross your fingers.because unfortunately even if you do everything by the book something could still go wrong.but its best to know that it was nothing you did to make it happen.good luck and congrats!

Congratulations! Keep taking your prenatal vitamins, try some light exercise, avoid drinking & smoking, and try to eat a balanced diet [avoid deli meat & hotdogs (contain nitrates), and certain types of fish that contain high levels of mercury], make sure you're getting enough calcium. Good luck!
