there isnt one "8th wonder of the world" it is really just an expression to say something is really magnificent. like "this thing is so cool it could be another wonder fo the world" pretty much every country and most tourist attraction are labeled as "the 8th wonder of the world"

There isn't one technically. When referring to the wonders of the world, generally the reference is to the 7 wonders of the ancient world. So, the eighth wonder refers to anything that the speaker considers to be of great importance.
