One interpretation of the image of death is change. In the tarot (and other mystical imagery), death is the symbol of change. That's a scary image, of course. But if we look beyond our initial fear, we see in all human cultures the theme of death linked with life in a universal cycle. In this larger framework, death is a necessary ending of one form of existence in order to allow the beginning of a new form of existence.

We use the image of death as a metaphorical ending all the time. If we can wrap our minds around this metaphor, it becomes philosophically empowering instead of just scary. Philosophically, we can see death as a symbol of completion, of peace. But this depends on us accepting that the phase of existence which preceded death has run its course. We need to feel that the goals were accomplished, the desires were fulfilled, the lessons were learned. If we feel that the storyline of existence has reached its natural conclusion, then death is just the natural ending of that storyline so that a new storyline can begin. If we don't feel that the storyline is complete, our natural reaction will be fear, denial, a desire to fight against death, to keep the last chapter from ending prematurely.

The dream of having one more month to live is interesting because the dreamer, the protagonist, is aware of an impending end, but has time to reflect on the storyline, to add to it, make changes, before the final chapter ends. Death here is not imminent, but it is looming. The protagonist can reacte to this awareness of death in various ways: He can be afraid, despondent, angry, and feel alone and victimized. He can be sentimental and nostalgic, looking back over his storyline, assembling a sense of the meaning of the story before it ends. Or he can be inspired and reinvigorated to add to the story in the time remaining before it ends.

Sometimes the most interesting part of a dream is the feeling it leaves you with when you wake up. Part of the power of a dream is that when it ends, it still lingers into the waking life. In this way it is a gift: You can die in your dream, experience an ending, but bring that experience with you back into your waking life, to give that life more depth of meaning.

I'll only tell you what happens to me.
When I was sixteen, I dreamt about two jets flying low to the ground, then exploding. I'm sure we all know what that meant.
Around the same time I began to dream of stylish scenes that didn't mean anything at the time. But some years later, I saw the same exact scenes with all the details in the movies X-Men, Underworld, Born to Defense, Black hawk down,... Then years later I daydreamed scenes from X-Men 3, underworld 2, and some others I can't recall the names.
Then, when I was about 19-20yrs, I dreamt about two people breaking into my place, Ironically, the two people were two good friends of mine that really did break in. Apperently they bought some beer and didn't want to be caught, so they broke in thinking I'd be ok with it because they had beer.
I also dreamt of meeting my siblings, which I did two months later,..
The last one I had, was with me inside an airplane that begane to go down. The people began to make panicking noises before I woke up. Then that becomes a question of my own, will I crash the next time I fly?

Death often means something is ending in a dream. But something is also beginning of course as well as the circle is never ending., The beginning would often be symbolized by a baby. But since one was not present in this dream, I would say it is telling him to live his life as though he had only a month left. Is he putting off doing something he'd really like to do? This is the time to start doing it,.
Also in one month there will be a significant change for him. He needs to get going on his projects pronto!
Let us know how this plays out please...email me in one month.
Thank you

Dreaming of death or coming to die could mean "give up"

You boy friend probably has some stress about something that he is confident of. Dreaming of coming to die in a month is a symbol of expectation to give up. He is not willing to take risk and subconsciously he projected that 1 month warning to tell him that he will be free from responsiblities soon. Actually, this is a denial in life. That is why he vent it out in dream. He should know what it is.

It is an "illusion" it wasn't a real dream.

A lot of people get their dreams interrupted with, but the real tragedy is they don't know it!

An illusion is a "false mental projection" that if you take for Truth can really "bring your day down".

Sad or "nightmare dreams" are "illusions" - they are not real.

You should try to control the dreams you have by using a technique od METAPhysicists call : "Programming your sleep to Know The Truth".

It works and it involve saying your request out loud before you go to sleep at night in the form of "a wish" - no joke!

Like so: Say this out loud before you go to sleep:

"I WISH TO KNOW THE TRUTH: WHAT ARE NIGHTMARES?"

Then go to sleep and you will get The Truth (the correct answer) in the form of a dream that very night!

Dreams of death are usually significant of change. It does not have to mean death or that someone will die. It sounds like his dream is indicating that some sort of significant change will be happening in about a month. Is there a job that he is wanting, a car he is trying to buy, or something big that would be a significant change? Look for something like that. This is not a dream of impending death.
