If you have good skin, why on Earth are you wearing foundation? Just to copy your friend? Geez, don't wear makeup only if you have to... Your skin is definitely acting up because of all the stuff you are putting on it. It could be the foundation; it could even be the moisturizer. Why on Earth are you putting moisturizer when you are still just a teenager??? You don't need it. You already have natural moisturizer..... Worry more about good passing grades than wanting to impress others with makeup that is only damaging your skin! Be smarter; learn all you can in school, go to college and then, only then, start worrying about your looks, if you still have the need for it...

It seems like you are using the wrong type of foundation. Instead of a full coverage foundation ( which you really do not seem to need since you have good skin) try a loose or pressed powder. This way you sill have something on your skin like your friends, but it is much lighter and should not have as poor effect on your skin. When looking for makeup at a young age- Always look for oil free, and check the label- the "oil free" may be just mineral oil, or other heavy oils- make sure that the brand you choose is truly oil free. Keep the makeup light. Putting too much on no matter how good the makeup is, will clog more pores, making your break outs worse. Continue the nightly washing, and make sure all make up is removed by following with a toner. The cotton you use for the toner will show any residue left on your face after the cleaning. Give your skin time to breathe. Remove your makeup as soon as you get home, or after any sport, as your sweat will make your problems worse as well.
Take some time learning about makeup as well. Go to your local make up counter ( such as Clinque, Lancome, Etc) or look up Mary Kay on line- Get some help in determining your skin type to make sure you select products that are the best for you, and will bring out your best as well!!
Have some patience, and try something else- you will find what works for YOU!!

Some foundations can make your face breakout. You need to make sure you have properly cleaned your face and applied moisturizer before putting on your makeup. In your case you need an oil free moisturizer. Use a foundation that will not clog pores. Try product based from minerals. They tend to do very well on skin. Or even organic makeup such as Aveeda. Make sure you cleanse your face every evening. Remove the makeup. And make sure you moisturize. I would probably use a sulfer mask once a week to help treat your acne issue.

its coz u and ur friend have different skin. what suits my skin might not suit u. anyways u should stop using the foundation that u r currently wearing. coz it clearly doesn't suit ur skin if it make u break out. u can use pure make-up by maybelline. this foundation contains 50%water so its quite mild. and is free of pore clogging oil so it won't coz u to break out.
just a work of advice if u have great skin u don't have to wear foundation. foundations are mainly worn to hide flaws.

clogs your pores, won't let your skin breathe, maybe the foundation is too heavy.

Unless you're in college, why on earth are you even wearing foundation? You know, the earlier you play with your face, the more stuff you put on it, the earlier you will need a face lift, and those are expensive and you can only have so many of them in a lifetime.

Your skin like your identity is unique, so never compare yourself with your friends. That said, the ingredients could be wrong for your skin. Try mineral makeup. The minerals are gentle to sensitive skin and will not cause break outs. Try everydayminerals.com. The company sends samples for free.

You and your friend have very different skin...just because it works for some people does not mean it will work for you...Sounds to me like you are using the wrong foundation. Keep trying until you find somehting that doesn't make you break out. I use bare minerals and it works wonders for my skin.

It looks like you have chosen the wrong foundation... keep trying different ones because your skin is different than all of your friends' skin. Your face isn't getting used to it, its not the right foundation!!! Look for one that is natural like a powder mineral foundation (ones from almay loreal, and bare minerals) Good Luck!!!

You aren't using the right foundation. I like to use Maybelline's Pure makeup, which is made with 50% water, instead of oils. You could also try Neutrogena's foundations.
