It depends on the timing!
If it is during winter it is better to do it in Athens.
I propose church Aghia Ekaterini and then the wedding reception at Royal Olympic Hotel (stiles Olympiou Dios)

If it is during summer I propose an island (may be Crete)
Hotel Blue Marine at location Ammoudara, Ag. Nikolaos, Crete
If you do not waish to move far away from Athens a nice church is Ag.Nikolaos at Rafina (35 km from Athens) and then there are several places to make the wedding reception next to the sea.

My best wishes!

I offer 3 places to consider:
Classy and expensive :
Kthma Pentelikon.
Well worth its money which is a lot!

Respectable, good value for money: (up to 150 people, although they say they can accomodate for more)
O Crhistos, D. Plakentias, Halandri

Easy going, impressive place:
Quills, Plateia Dourou, Halandri,
(up to 120 people)
