In some scenes it really looks like he goes tanning....some shots show his *** and it's white, while his body is tan

I think he either goes tanning or gets that spray on tan before the show. I agree, his a$$ is always white. I love this show and never miss an episode.

I am sure he goes tanning. I have a really hard time watching that show. It is like the producers took everything evil that could ever happen and put it into a collaborated box called Nip/Tuck

I'm not sure which it is but I wish they would do something about his pale a**! If they are having him go to tanning machines they need to tell him to take off his bathing suit and give some of that artificial light to his butt. That looks really bad. If they wanted to stay true to his character, shouldn't he have an all over tan? I mean he's very fast at taking off his clothes for sex, and showing off his supposedly 10 inch d***. You would think he would be tan all over.

Boy is he HOT!!! I think they use sunless tanning on him or bronzing cremes/makeup like they do with female actresses. I don't care if he's tanned or not, I love him.
