Make sure you have lots of ky. Insert lots of it inside and out. Make sure on insertion u push out likeou have to go it makes for easy insertion. Good luck.

Why dont you try a different position , if you are the taker and she is the giver , maybe you are just a bit nervous but you should keep trying, you should soon feel more comfortable!
