Yus it took me years to perfect growing them! As soon as you get a few flowers on a stem, cut all but 2 off. Plant in May in good soil with manure. I got 3 last year! well chuffed!

Pumpkins require warm weather 70+ to make fruit.
you planted them too late in the year.
they also take at least 100 days from seed planting
to fruit makeing...

What's a pumkin?
If it's pumPkins you're trying to grow, and all you got was flowers, you probably didn't get any pollination.

i grew 8 pumpkin plants gave 3 away, and put the others in my garden, i have the same problem, but one of the plants that i gave away has come up trumps, my friend gave me two lovely pumpkins, he told me that he gave them plenty of water and fed them on chicken pellets or meal watered the feed in and they loved it.. what can i say.. i am gonna grow more next year an do the same..

Sounds like you planted them too late. They go in the ground in May or June depending on the variety of pumpkin.

they wont grow any bigger now. did you water them well? its been a very dry summer so maybe thats why.
