You just have to manage your time wisely. As a senior - I worked full time, had a very time consuming boyfriend, studied for the LSAT and took 16 - 20 units while maintaining a 4.0. It can be done - just don't let it get in the way. Set the expectations early - tell them ahead of time that there may be some days that you simply can't see them or talk for very long. If they care about you, the way you care about them - they'll understand and maybe help you study or bring you a sandwich.

unfair as it is, it is up to you to decide just how much you want your college degree. many students face this problem. it is possible to make time for a life, but you have to decide what and when you do things and make school a priority. and if you as you say you find someone you really care about, they will understand this too and not make life difficult for you or demand you choose between the two. stay in school and good luck.
