it comes and goes and then when the pain is over im fine. i havent lost my appetite. i dont have a fever.

You really should be checked out by a Dr. It could be appendicitis, an ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cyst, or even just muscle strain. No one will be able to tell without examining you, so please get this looked at.

It could be your appendix, it could be ovulation pain or pain from a cyst on your ovaries. Get it checked out IMMEDIATELY.
