Most popup blockers allow you to designate certain "safe sites" which would be allowed to open popups.

See if there is a way to access the preferences to choose your "safe sites"

For Windows: go to control panel, internet option, privacy, uncheck enable popup blocker.
For Yahoo: just right click the popup blocker that you can see on the top menu and disable the popup blocker

you might have 2 pop up blockers some come with toolbars when you download them. your main blocker will be in tools menu and if you have more they will be on your tool bar
