S Club Juniors: Automatic High

The Worzels: I've got a brand new combine harvester

Virtually the same tune! Not since George Harrison released My Sweet Lord has there been... etc etc...

PS info requested by Phish: My Sweet Lord was the subject of an allegation of copyright infringement (allegedly, he stole the tune from somewhere else). Rollerskates? OK, make that a three-way fight. Wish I was a QC

Given that The Worzels hit was a take on Melanie's 'Brand new Pair of Rollerskates', your info is a bit short on detail. How the fu*ck did My Sweet Lord get mentioned? I'm not seeing (hearing) the connection.

Sorry, I don't know nor have heard either of these songs (I'm 'older'), but just to back you up, my upside down friend, and to help out "Phish" - I know what you're getting at regarding the late great George Harrison's 'My Sweet Lord' vs. 'He's So Fine' by the Chiffons - plagiarism, lawsuits, etc. Remember George's dilemma very well (included links below)...still believe is was a subconscious error and purely unintentional. Will try to listen for the songs you've mentioned...good ear you have!
Do you have links to these songs?
