when does zapdos learn thunder on pokemon fire red?

can you buy it cuz my zapdos doesent know it at level 55 where can u buy it

Zapdos doesn't learn thunder until level 85.

If you don't want to wait that long you can use the TM 25 thunder

Yeah, somewhere around level 55 or possibly, if you have the TM, teach it Thunder
