mustard, mayo, ketchup, onions and sometimes a little cheese. I sometimes fix a sautee of peppers and onions and top with this. YUMMY

Tomato sauce (similar to ketchup), American mustard, cheese, fried bacon, fried onion. The bun is lightly buttered.
I go all out when I put on a hotdog night for friends... and lay out just about everything you can think of in the way of sauce, toppings etc... definately never had any complaints.

I keep it simple with hot dogs: I'm a southerner so the cole slaw and chili will do just fine. I can do cole slaw solo, but if with chili there must be ketchup or something to bring out the flavor.
