No one can tell just from the birth date. It's not fair to us, and this will just be a guessing game, with no conclusive answer.

If you're really serious on finding out if you're Sun sign Scorpio or Sagittarius, then you would need to provide your Time Of Birth and Place Of Birth as well.

The Sun changes over to each sign at different times every year, so it's not on a fixed day or time.

The Sun changed signs on 22nd November 1962 at exactly 7.02pm GMT. You need to convert your local birth time to GMT to find out whether you were born BEFORE or AFTER this time.

But that's not all. Local times are rounded off to the nearest hour, so they're not so accurate for this purpose, especially if you're born around the changeover. If you were, you would need to double-check by finding out the difference in longtitude (East or West) between your POB and 0 degrees (the GMT location) which is London, UK. Then, convert this difference to hours and minutes (1 degree = 4 minutes), and finally add or subtract this to your GMT-converted birth time. If you are East, you add the difference, if West, subtract. This time is more accurate than calculating from the local TOB.

Only then can you know for sure which Sun sign you are.
