is there any Hispanic car clubs in San Diego?

Hispanic car clubs, auto clubs...where they fix up cars...

oh no, don't get me wrong, I'm doing this project on car clubs for Hispanic people. Not Hispanic cars, but car clubs formed by Hispanic people and all. You know, one of those programs for Hispanic people who share interests in cars and fixed up cars. I just want to know where the auto clubs are and make a report on them.

If you're looking for an organization of people who share your interests, why is race a factor?
