because he has other better,more experienced players!Walcott is still a kid with very little experience,so he's just using him as a substitute to help him learn the game and gain more first class experience,i'm sure if one of the other strikers got injured or was suspended,then he would start with Walcott,but at the moment he doesn't have to!

Walcott is a talented kid, but it is essential that he gets to spend more time on the bench. Wenger knows the potential of the players he has, but still he requires a balance between strengthening Arsenal for the future and maintaining the club's position in the Premiership.
Walcott is gonna get his due sooner or late but Wnger also needs to ensure his team stays on the top!!! And having players like Henry, Fabregas, Rosicsky, Van Persie, Ljungberg, Eboue and Hleb to fill in the front and midfield, he really has be really funny to include Walcott in the starting line-up.

cuz he has better players to play n walcott does not fit in insteaad of these top class players.I am an arsenal supporter but i hav to admit there is no space for theo in this squad comin on as a sub ok but in the startin line up with no injuries were gna hav to wait for a year n den hell be usual

He's infusing Walcott into the whole EPL-Arsenal system bit by bit. Doesn't want to over-expose the kid.

he wud.. in a matter of time.. he is doing exactly what he did with cesc and theo is also talented so he will soon be included in the line-up and may finish 100 games by the time he's 20 (like cesc).. just trust arsene.. he'd do good for theo's future..
