Ha Ha Ha I can laugh because I have the same problem. Try mens pants or try going to the hospital and buying them from them. You can always sew your own. (that is what I have been told my entire life that I need to learn to sew. I have yet to even try). try online too. I know if found some long scrub pants that were 38 inseam but the waist was huge. You could buy ones like those and have a tailor take them in.

You can learn to sew... Butterick.com has great patterns for scrubs and you can use any material you like to have the most unique in the office.
The hardest part would have to be the pockets and the elastic... Past that, its all just cutting, pinning, ironing and sewing! You can make them as long or short as you want by extending the length on the pattern.
The best part about them would be that scrubs you buy cost a lot, making them @ $2 to $3 per yard is way cheaper!

If you have one nearby, check out Mark's Work Warehouse. The nice thing about mark's is that you can buy the top and bottom separate which is great for people like me who take a x-large top but only small or medium bottom.
