If women delays her first time intercourse to say 29 or 30 what would be negative effects of that. Or there would be no effects. I heard somwhere that vagina shrinks if you dont have intercourse for long.

No, you won't have any negative physical effects, except what you're missing out on. Masturbating will help. Nothing will happen to your vagina, no worries there. You wait until you're good and ready!

I have never heard of any negative effects, it is a matter of choice and having the right person so that it is a memorable event in your life. It is the most important "first time" in a woman's life other than giving birth, so make it special-- kudos for staying a virgin in this day and age.
