I'm amazed at the responses, the track records of Muslims and so-called Christian nations waging war are quite clear. Relative to HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of Muslims killed and maimed, very few Christians have suffered similar oppression. And who is in whose country? Whose infrastructure has been destroyed...In the ten years following the first Gulf war, according to UN, Iraq alone lost about 500,000 children because of economic blockade and the use of depleted uranium...and according to the most conservative estimates there have been well over 300,000 Iraqis killed in the last three years...And,how are the Muslims whose land is being ravaged by the might of US and Israeli armies with their latest WMD technology supposed to challenged them. What do they have besides their bodies and home made bombs tied to themselves...What gives the right to a bunch of Jews to claim the land where Palestinians have lived for thousands of years because the Nazis have killed them...and then for these not to be satisfied with what was given of others to them,and go against all UN Resolutions and fill the occupied territories with Jews from US and Eastern Europe while destroying and demolishing the houses and orchards of the native residents. What right has Mr. Bush and his gang to control the oil in the Muslim lands and create the present chaos. Thank God it's not Muslims who are the culprits in these huge crimes against humanity...

I doubt it
For one thing, why would God choose one religion over another? They are all ways of worshipping God.
How are we supposed to know that by being a Christian or a Jew or a Hindu we are doing something "wrong"? Its absurd!
I think God just wants people to respect each other and themselves and His creations and all religions are a way to do this.
Even though some peope use Islam as an excuse to committ murder and vile acts.

What if God want us just to be ourselves.
How should God (there is only one God or several) be different for Christians or Muslims or Jewish?
Ways, ways, wars, wars.
There is only one way. Peace, understanding, etc.
Just wait for the next guy to say that He wants us to follow another way.
Just find a way to get rid of "religions" and leave us alone with GOD.

I've always said that when I snuff it, if it turns out that there is a god after all, all I could do is hold up my hands and say sorry, I was wrong, and take whatever he decided to hand me.
Then at least I would be able to find out a) if he is the merciful guy all the christians tell us he is, then I get forgiven b) if he sends me to hell, I get a lot of satisfaction in knowing that I was right (that if he does exist, he is very cruel).
But as I don't believe in any of it, it doesn't bother me anyway.

There is no right or wrong. Just look closely at it, the Jew, the Muslim and the Christian all beleive in the same God. All are sons of Abraham. Its all gone terribly wrong somewhwere.

If I die and the Lord tells me that I should have accepted this tyrannical, dark age, way of life, then I will apologize. I will beg forgiveness and live in hell, because no matter what I do not want to be subject to the life-style imposed on women by the Muslim faith.

if there is a supreme being, he must be laughing his socks off at all the weird religious rules we have made up.
look after the world, it plants and animals and each other , no praying, wearing silly clothes, butchering each other, for made up 2000 year old fairy tails .
ban all organised religion , if there is an anti religion or evil it must be Islam

you see the thing is mate the Muslims way is the right way. we do the diluted version of Judaism, even the Jews have watered it down. Islams ways are the way the Christians are supposed to do it.
however i do not be live in gods or spooks or jinns, freedom is the true religion. live and let live do not force people to do what they do not wisdh to. islam is all about taking over speading the word, by force. killing it needs be.
it is vicious and evil and i feel pity for all of the muslims who are so weak they need a god to hang onto. they need something to belive in.
they are supposed to be good god fearing folk who do not commit crime. rubbish, as long as the crime is not in allans eyes its ok.....aaaaarrrggggghhhh

well, that idea is no less riduclous than god supporting good old dubya bush or mr blair. let's be clear. religon has been twisted by those living to match their own interests. Whether an islamic or christian god he/she/it would be pretty pissed at all of us - no church or society reflects the aspirations of their founders. (apart from the mad ones like LRon Hubbards)

Muslims, the last time I checked, were free to practice their religion in the US, just like everyone else.
I am content with my own beliefs, by the way, and quite willing to die for them, should it come to that...
God will be the ultimate arbiter, and not men...
