ie if you streak (aka run onto the field butt naked) what is the fine in £ and can you be arrested/charged?
And no I'm not planning on doing it - I saw someone do it on the weekend in London!

I saw a man streaking in a state of total nudity up a main road in London last year and know for a fact that he was fined eighty pounds under the new police powers to impose on the spot fines for antisocial behaviour. What I don't know is how a person is are supposed to come up with the fine money on the spot when he is completely naked!
I witnessed a similar episode in Avignon in France a few years ago and the culprit was seized by the police and bundled into a van. I'd love to know what happened to him!

s.66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003
66 Exposure
(1) A person commits an offence if-
(a) he intentionally exposes his genitals, and
(b) he intends that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable-
(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or both;
(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
Although this of course requires the act to be seemed to be sexual.
Drunk and Disorderly is likely to be the relevant offence £80 on the spot

How about 'Outraging Public Decency'. A common law offence Triable at Crown Court only?

i think it's more of a post-event license fee rather than a fine. Yes you get arrested. But if not charged (only cautioned), no fine.

you should do it its fun i did it at the aldershot v woking game live on sky sports. all that happened to me was i got banned from the ground.
