The only way you'd get an air sound is if the power brake booster was bad. It's vacuum powered and can sound like that. Bleeding the brakes won't help.

Bleeding the brakes is taking the air out of the brake fluid lines. I have a GM truck that makes the same noise, it is only the vacuum used in the power brake assist. To take the air out of the lines you need to locate the bleeding port on the calipher, usually a 3/8 inch wrench will open it. While someone presses down on the brake you open the bleeding port. While they hold the pedal down you close the port and the repeat as needed. If you have air in the line it will spurt out as air, if only fludid comes out you are fine. You can tell if you have air in the brake lines, they will feel spongy when you step on the brakes.

Bleeding the breaks is a way of removing air from the break system. On your 92 Le saber this would need to be done by an auto service repair center or the Dealer. The GM line of cars (For the ABS systems) Need to be Power bled. You can bleed them the conventional way, however this can cause more problems. Power bleeding the system is the best option of GM. I would take it too your trusted Dealer or auto repair center to have this done. Also on a lot of the GM cars they have a rubber boot that covers the hole where the break peddle sits. This will often give off a hissing sound when depressed. I am suspecting this is your most likely cause and not that there is air in the system. If you had air in your breaking system your peddle would slowly move to the floor while holding the break and the car would creep forward. You would have diminished breaking power if there where air in the line. If your car is not having any of these problems then it is not likely there would be air in the break system. I would suspect the rubber boot around the firewall for the break pedal.

You need to check your power brake booster. With your car off, press the brake pedal several times until it gets harder to press, when you have done that hold the brake pedal down and start your vehicle, if the pedal goes down and becomes easy to press again, your power brake booster is fine but if it stays the same, you need to replace it.
