You could try looking in the Yellow Pages for "Meat cutter", "Meat processing", "Butcher", or "Locker". If they can't help you, I'm sure they'd refer you to a place that can. You also could try asking at the meat counter at the store. They can't do it, but they probably know of someone who does.
