I have never worn a veil in my life..but there are sometimes when I think it would be nice...
When I have a bad hair and I get a big spot on my nose :-( ..When my stomach feels bloated...Or I just can't be bothered putting make-upon..
Surely we have all had those times when we don't want anybody looking at us, and would rather be invisible??
And men too must be tired of the need to shave and keep up apperances..Wouldn't a veil be great for hiding that stubble?
Or to protect your face from the smog and pollution of modern cities.
I have NEVER commited a crime in my life, or plan to...but I get sick of all the constant surveilance and video crameras everywhere..That are like big brother in 1984..
I don't want anti-Muslim answers please..but I am curious if anybody else sometimes thinks IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO WEAR A VEIL IF YOU WANT TO(and some people make that choice)?

I dont think I or anyone else would have a problem with wearing the veil provided the choice was not forced upon me (as it is done in most Islamic countries).
Nuns wear it all the time out of choice.

I'd like to have big sunglasses and a wig but of course it's not much a discise I mean just look at all the celebs that get followed in this lame attempt. So I guess the veil idea is the best.

i think i would wear a viel if i have done something wrong, or if I am inferior to others and thats why the higher part of the society has made a rule for me to do it ........otherwise else I would never do it , I am proud of myself and the way god made me .......so why should I hide myself...... its normal to have a bad hair day , if it wasn't then god would have had given us all perfect hair ... hence as humans it is expected that things would go wrong in our system....just my interpretation could be wrong.

if we wear veils than we could get no sunlight and if we get no sunlight our bodies will not produce vitamin D which we need so that our bones can be strong.
