P0421 is a Catalyist Efficiency Code . Kt means that the Computer does not see the Cat as working as it should. It could be caused by a Bad Convertor, a Bad Oxygen sensor or an Air leak on the intake manifold.

You can go to any AutoZone for a free scan and they will elt you know what code you have and how to repair it but..........
