not by any means...
but its not really even that important within cricket itself, because it is only a one day cricket competition and Test cricket is far more important.

I think it's more popular than Hockey. Just 15 teams are in cricket in all over the world so you can't accept more popularity in cricket than soccer.

When compared with soccer and wilmbledon, the popularity for World Cup cricket is less.
