Are there any child toys that act like fans?

I'm looking for a toy for a three year old boy who loves watching ceiling fans. Are there any toys that have something that acts like a fan, maybe a bubble blower or something like that?

IF the child is mostly attracted to the movement ..
buy a remote control plane or superman or other figure that can be mounted in the ceiling.
K-B toys sale them.
The superman can be attached to the ceiling..they have them on display like that here.
