Centimeters measure length whereas pints measure volume. You cannot convert them. If you want to how many cubic centimeters are in a pint, the answer is:
1 US pints = 473.176475 cubic centimeters

I am going to assume you meant cubic centimeters.
1 ml = 1 (cm)^3

Before I give you an exact answer, I will give a quick estimate. I had a bottle of Mountain Dew on my desk. It's label says 20 FL OZ (1.25 PT) 591 mL.
So, based on that
1 pint = 591/1.25 = 472.8 ml(or cubic centimeters)

Now, for the exact conversion.
There are exactly 231 cubic inches in 1 gallon
1 pint =1/8 gallon =231/8 cubic inches
231/8 cubic inches = 231/8*2.54^(3) cubic ml

1pint = 2.54^(3) *231/8 = 473.176473 cubic cm

If you mean the number of cubic centimetres in a British pint, then it's around 566.990 - a rare example of something British being bigger than the American equivalent!
