In the first movie, when Dr. Evil escapes in the Big Boy rocket, what chain of restraurants does that Big Boy come from?

Big Boy is not a chain of restaurants, but an affiliation of restaurant chains - different areas of the country have different names: in Southern California, it's "Bob's Big Boy", in northwestern Ohio it's "Frisch's Big Boy", in Michigan it's "Elias Brother's Big Boy", in Tennesee it's "Shoney's Big Boy", in upstate New York it's "T.J.'s Big Boy" - these are the ones I can name because I've eaten there - there are several others - operated by different regional companies but still all Big Boys - If I were to guess, Mike Myers probably ate at a T.J.'s growing up in Toronto, but eats at Bob's when filming in Hollywood, so it would probably be either of those.

Big Boy is it's own chain, and has a couple of franchises that split off from it in the midwestern US called Frisch's Big Boy. It's iconic mascot Big Boy has been a popular & well known figure in roadside advertising for several years

Big Boy - we used to have one where I live a while ago. Don't know what happened to it, it was replaced by a Friendly's. It was just like Friendly's, sit down burgers and stuff.
