"Best " is so subjective. For me the 'best' as in emotional, was Israel - how awesome walking down the streets of history;

'best' as in incredible sunsets: Hawaii - watch the sun set over the ocean - I did this & watched the inverted 'v' of the sun on the ocean - and then swam out into that golden path toward the sun - it was a 'moment' in my life.

'best' as in architecturally amazing: I think Brussels or Venice - the Bridge of Sighs, the history steeped into the very buildings & the amazing fountains

'best' as in unbelievable: the eerie experience of your car going backward up a hill when you have the gear in neutral - at Magnetic Hill in New Brunswick, Canada;

'best' as in comforting all five senses: Wasaga Beach, in Ontario, Canada, - the longest fresh water sand beach in the world, water with pure sand bottom, viewing the Blue Mountains of Collingwood from your beach chair & listening to the little children laugh & play nearby. Digging your toes into the sand - the top is hot from the sun & underneath is cool where the lake has penetrated the sand.

There are so very many bests - depending on your own tastes.

Find YOUR best, and enjoy.
