I have just replaced my old dishwasher. It was 14 years old and the heating element finally burnt out. It was a Bosch. All my appliances are Bosch, I wouldn't buy any other brand, for price, quiet, economy and reliability.
Don't buy a warrenty with a Bosch, you don't need it and they are not worth the paper they are written on. All Bosch appliances come with a 2 years guarantee anyway. You can take out extra cover, but I have never needed it.

LG, Maytag, both have what you want with washing at or around 47dbs, but they can be expensive around $700 to $1K
