Latinos can be any race. They basically share a common language. Assuming Spanish doesn't become a major second language in the US, will Hispanics just be considered white, black, mixed or Asian based on their physical appearance after they've been here for a couple of generations?

Hmmmmmm. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say Hispanic for me generally refers to the brown people of South America and PR and Cuba. White Hispanics are white, black hispanics are black, Asian hispanics are Asian, and brown Hispanics are Hispanic or Latin...Or am I the only one who alway thought this way??????

Racism is part of ALL OF US! every single person in the PLANET is racist. Let me explain. Regardless of your race, background, geographic location, we all tend to stereotype certain people for whatever reason. Now, most "intelligent" people, know how to cope with their opinions and how to give the benefit of the doubt to all human beings. These people are seen as not being discriminatory. Yet, they are still racists up to some point. On the other hand, you have "unintelligent" people, that treat everyone of a certain race as if they were of a lower status. Most times this type of hatred comes from past experiences. For example, a white person is robbed and/or assaulted by a black person. After that, this white person will never trust a black person. However, in reality, you could be robbed/assaulted/raped/whatever by a person of any race/color/descendence/etc. To answer your question more specifically, NO. There is still much discrimination against ethnic and minority groups in the US. It is just much lower than it was before, and people in powerful positions tend to hide their real feelings regarding the subject. Sorry for the long answer but I though I could help by giving you a more detailed explanation. Hope I've helped.

In this part of the world we will be the more dominant. Mostly because we have larger families and breed more than others:).

Most other race's intermix with us well.

Yes
Latins are already a "majority" in TX . They, and blacks, will always be an "officially oppressed minority" because that's how democrats buy votes from them.

Honestly I do not think it will change and I do not think it should either. Why? Because I think everyone should be proud of their heritage and hopefully one day soon that question will stop being asked!
