What are some things I can do to make myself more happier and feel less sad and stressed out all the time, how to happy and contented people stay this way?

Make an effort towards random acts of kindness.
Stop focusing on yourself and focus on others.
It's amazing how fast the frustration goes away.

That is how I feel alot too! So I go for a walk or read a book, send my niece a special note (it makes me happy that she enjoys getting mail) , when I am feeling sad I just try to go do something that I like to do and forget about what is causing me sadness or stress.

Exercise is a great way to feel better about yourself and reduce stress. I recommend a blend of jogging, yoga, and weight-lifting for a balanced workout, but start out with whichever one you're most interested in and build up to include all three.

Yoga by itself is wonderful for stress. It can be great exercise and it teaches us to manage stress. When you finish a good yoga class, you feel calm, together, and contented - it's almost magic sometimes.

u cant work on something n wait the happiness to come to u but i want u to keep this in ur mind few advises dont feel guilty about anything cause whatever it happens it happens for a reason if if that reason its bad later ull See the bright side of it then dont regret anything u did cause its from the past always wait for another day look for tomorrow not yesterday

Do one thing each day that is for yourself only-like excercise. No one else can do it for you, and it's proven to give you a natural high, so to speak. Also, when you wake up in the morning, tell yourself it's a brand new day and anything can happen. Tell yourself how wonderful you are.
