Stomach pain or bellyache may be caused due to a problem in the organs in the abdominal region. The main organs in the abdomen are the digestive system consisting of the stomach, small and large intestines, the liver, the gall bladder , pancreas, the appendix and the kidney. Minor problems like gastroenteritis can cause severe pain, while fatal illnesses like cancer may cause only mild pain. It could be alot of different things. If its a bad enough pain then maybe ya need to call your doctor. Otherwise just kind of wait a few days and see what happens. Just so ya know though, if you are worried about your appendix, it is not always accompanied by a fever. But seriously, if you are truly in alot of pain or are really worried just call the doctor.

Are you talking about your stomach (located in the upper left portion of the abdomen) or are you talking about the lower right quadrant of your abdomen????? (Why do people insist on calling the abdomen the stomach?) If the latter, try this. Lie down and with the fingers of your right hand, press down on the painful area. Let go suddenly. If it hurts when you release pressure, it may be your appendix. See your doc and tell him/her you have rebound pain at McBurney's point.

To me, seems like irritable bowel syndrome. The well information is that approximately the one foremost matters at the left aspect are the descending colon, left ureter, and the left ovary. Does it burn while you pee? Are your intervals one-of-a-kind? Do you could have diarrhea or constipation? You will have to comply with up together with your PCP. He can do a KUB or ultrasound to investigate for a kidney stone, a US may also appear for a cyst or tumor, a UA to investigate for UTI, and probably a stool pattern. Or they may be able to do just a CT. Good success and God bless.

I had a lot of pain there and it ended up being my gullbladder. I didnt have any other signs of gullbladder problems like the vomiting or fever or anything. Something you might have your doc look into.
