I realize this is a mathematical question, but the systems involved could only be measured with an intuitive understanding of chinese medicine.
It has nothing to do with how much they want that specific outcome. It depends on the reason that they want it and their discipline in pursuing that higher reason.

The first question is "Is it possible to EVER get?"
The next question is "Is it reasonably achievable?"
The REAL question is "Can one achieve a reasonably achievable desire in one day?" Of course - depending upon the definition of "reasonably".
