architects in delhi???

its not remodellin but afresh builing

There are a lot of Architects who can design nursing homes and hospitals. But why do not such persons first engage a competent Civil Engineer for such projects. It is compulsory in US and the role of an Architect comes only after that.
One basic knowledge I can provide about designing a nursing home and hospital that the location of Medical and Para medical staff must be located in such a way that they take minimal time to reach to the respective wards, ICU units, OTs etc.depending upon their priority/weighed preferences.
