Used, Rebuilt, Reconditioned, and New.....
These classify all your options. Each has cost / risk associated with them. Many questions need to be asked before a answer can be made.

2) Is there a loan on this vehicle?
3) Does it have any sentimental value?
4)How is your present cash position?
