I bled on Friday and some spotting over the weekend, not very much. Friday was enough that would normally fill a light or regular tampon. Since then only a tiny bit. I have an untrasound tomorrow and am scared. I don't seem to have cramps, but they want the ultrasound just in case. Anyone experience this and what was the outcome? I am 10 weeks today.

Ok this is gross but there has been just a tiny bit of grey/red mucus a few hours ago. Possibly the periodlike stuff people have? Does something like this occur before a miscarriage?

Just found out baby is ok and they can't explain the bleeding. Thanks for the encouragement!

I had light bleeding when I was 9 weeks with my first daughter. It was extremely light and I immediately called my dr. I went straight in for an internal ultrasound and it did an exam and said it was just a tiny blood vessel that burst "down" there because when you are pregnant you have LOTS of blood rushing down there now and that it wasn't anywhere near my baby. We got to see her on the ultrasound and she was so little that she didn't have arms or legs yet just little nubs....I hope everything turns out alright for you!

They say that some spotting in pregnancy can be normal...but in my case, I had very light spotting and no cramping at all and had a miscarriage. I was 15 weeks with triplets. But when they did the ultrasound, found that the babies had not developed any over about 8 weeks. My body had not actually rejected the pregnancy yet and my amniotic fluid continued to increase. I was devastated to find out that I had been carrying around three babies for almost 7 weeks that were not even alive. I hope that your situation is bertter than mine...but to be honest, if you are planning a pregnancy and you do have a miscarriage but want to try again...DO! After my miscarriage, I got pregnant again 3 months later and am now 29 weeks along with one healthy baby girl! :)
Good luck and my prayers are with you!

I've been having the same thing for just over a week now. I've had two ultrasounds and the baby looks great, growing like a weed. I'm 9 weeks so the possibility of miscarriage is constantly there in the back of my mind. Try to relax, there is hope. Just remember that women have this and go on to have healthy baby's. Good luck and you'll be in my thoughts.

yes i have two children and ive had one miscarriage.Usually on a miscarriage its like a blood clot but not everybody is the same.I bled the whole nine months with both of my kids and my doctor said it was normal. How old are you cause if you are a young mother like me then it could be normal.I wouldnt let it worry me.I think you will be fine.If its only a little bleeding and you are 10 weeks then if you miscarried it would be a blood clot.

i did at 2 months they did the ultra sound to make sure that it wasn't a tubel preg... just to ease your worries for now i know easier said then done, but right now your body is going through ALOT of changes and your uterus is streatching and realesing alot of hormones, your bleeding is alot of time "normal" but never ever just feel it may be normal always get it check! better safe then sorry. That was what my problem was it was just tissue. Thank God!!! she is now 4 yrs old.

I had that sort of bleeding with my son in my 12th week, along with some cramping. My doctor checked me out and told me that everything was fine. She told me that there are some women who bleed during their pregnancies and don't have any problems.

Don't worry, everything should be fine.
