Yeah, there were some great songs by these and Peter Cetera after he left. I presume that their later / more recent stuff wasn't as good after PC left, so we don't hear any more of them. But a similar (and maybe even better) band who had some rockier songs as well as great ballads was Toto. Check them out!

Peter Setera had a short lived solo career after Chicago when I was in school. I assume they are all sad because they are love songs about women. Darn those women always get you down! lol
