I use removable drive bays. Would this be a candidate for putting swap file(s) on? Half for Win, half for Linux?

Load windows on it and keep it for an emergency
boot up disk in case your main drive ever crashes....

I say you should open it up take out the magnet. These magnets in HD's are very strong and useful

i recommand you putting it were the sun don't shine.LOL you could use it to download music that is what i would do.

Hi, if you are talking about a Hard Drive, I think you should upgrade it to a better one.

tie a string to it, add 2 other 4 gigs, and 2 more strings, hook them all together and you have a bolo to capture small animals with.
